This page provides a link to the detailed Calculations for the Wind Consequences series of posts at MasterResource. It is not as structured as I would like due to time pressures, but is more in the form of notes to myself for details of calculations. I hope it will be sufficiently useful to others who are directed here from the MasterResource posts.
In particular the graphics may not yet show the same exact numbers as the calculations, as these will be updated last. They should be sufficiently indicative of the results to be useful.
